We are Kelp Farmers & Fisherman.
As kelp farmers, we plant, grow, and harvest our kelp off the shores of Lummi Island, WA, which is the birth place of Washington kelp farms.
We grow sugar kelp on a 10 acre farm in Legoe Bay in the cool clean waters of the Salish Sea.
As fishermen, we fish the same waters using reef netting, a fishing method that dates back more than 2,000 years, and is still practiced today (only in the Salish Sea).
The Bounty of the Salish Sea features retail items sourced from the Salish Sea region, a light food service menu using our own kelp seafood that we catch.
We also will be offering naturally refreshing and relaxing kelp foot baths for a Salish Sea experience in the heart of the Pike Place Market!
Our kelp foot baths feature locally and sustainably sourced sugar kelp from the Salish Sea. Naturally rich in minerals found in the ocean, kelp contains iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium and other trace minerals. As your feet soak in warm water, the kelp and mineral-rich bath help soften and hydrate the skin.
We will see you soon!
